Discover the magic of spring-fed waters with a canoeing experience through the Pianura dei Dogi. Get ready to enjoy a slow and enchanting adventure in the heart of this unique plain, paddling along the Bussè River, one of the most important spring-fed rivers in the region.
This unique itinerary will take you on a journey through a landscape shaped over centuries by water — a precious resource and the true protagonist of local history.
The experience begins at the Ancient Hydraulic Structure of Gangaion, where participants will leave their cars before heading towards the Feniletto Wetland. Here, you will embark on your canoe and let yourself be carried by the current, surrounded by lush vegetation, untouched scenery, and silence broken only by the sound of water.
Upon returning to Gangaion, visitors will have the chance to explore this gem of hydraulic engineering, which tells the story of the harmony between humans and nature. On this occasion, you will also be able to attend the inauguration of the scale model created by Angiolino Bellè, which recreates the Feniletto area as it was before the reclamation of the Ronco and Tomba Valleys.
