The tour offers the exploration of the Borgo di Soave and that of its unique territory, in which for centuries nature and man’s work have been combined to create authentic food and wine excellence.
Our walk starts inside the village and after a first reconnaissance of the medieval walls the guide will lead us to discover the hills overlooking the town, including the Monte Tenda and Monte Scheeti. Walking through limestone and volcanic rocky reliefs, fruit trees, vineyards and olive trees, we will admire the morphological and naturalistic characteristics of the place, listening to the story of ancient traditions connected to the history and cultivation of grapes and olive trees. Once back into the walls we will be able to admire and learn about the history of the buildings that characterize the village and testify to the events of its inhabitants through the centuries.At the end of the tour, we will visit a cellar in the historic center with a tasting that will give us the opportunity to enjoy the flavors and aromas of renowned local products, first of all the blond Soave wine.
