In 1976, the Parish of S. Giacomo Maggiore del Carmine in Imola chose the Casa di Caprile as a holiday place to make available to its parishioners during the summer.
Even today, the House is managed by the Parish, which has decided to offer the opportunity for everyone to spend time in sharing, meditation, and relaxation in one of the most beautiful and evocative places in Italy.
The House is located in the midst of the woods and overlooks the small village of Caprile, a few kilometers from the larger town of Belluno. The terrace of the House offers its guests a breathtaking view: Mount Civetta stands proudly in all its majesty. A postcard landscape, especially at sunset when the rock is bathed in that typical pink color of the Dolomites.
