Upon final confirmation of booking, we request a credit card as a guarantee or a security deposit of 30% of the total amount of your stay. In the case of cancellation or changes to your booking:
Low and Medium Season
Until 12.00 am of the 3rd day prior to arrival there is no charge. From 12:00 am of the 2nd day prior to arrival, at no show 30% of the total cost of the stay is charged.
High Season
Until 12:00 am of 7th day prior to arrival, there is no charge. From 12:00 am of the 6th day prior to arrival, at no show 30% of the total cost of the stay is charged.
The Hotel reserves the right apply cancellation policies different from those listed above. They will be notified at the time of booking.
Tourist tax is not included (€ 3,00 per day per person for a maximum of 7 nights). Dogs under 15 kg allowed. € 14.00 surcharge per dog per night.

If you are traveling from Bologna, driving on the A13 highway, take the Terme Euganee exit and follow the signs for the centre of Abano Terme until you reach Piazza della Repubblica. If you are traveling from Milan, driving on the A4 highway, take the Padova Ovest exit and follow the signs for Abano Terme until you reach Piazza della Repubblica.
BY TRAIN
From the railway station of Terme Euganee (4 km) take the M bus route. From Padua Railway Station (13 km) you can take the A, T, M, or AT bus routes. Once in Abano Terme, get off at Piazza della Repubblica. You will find the Panoramic Plaza Hotel located 50 meters away from the bus stop.
BY PLANE
The nearest airports are those of Venice, Treviso and Verona. The Panoramic Plaza Hotel makes a shuttle service available upon request and for a fee. To book this service, provide your flight number and arrival airport to the hotel reception desk.
