VILLA EDERA

Villa Edera is a small family-run hotel with a wonderful view over Lake Garda. The hotel is situated along the coast road and it overlooks one of Malcesine’s nicest beaches. It’s about 800 meters far from the picturesque historic center, you can reach with a pleasant walk along the promenade. We delight our guestswith a rich breakfast buffet with homemade cakes or with a refreshing aperitif served on the terrace overlooking the lake. The modern and comfortable rooms are provided with bathroom, balcony with lake-view, air conditioning, hair dryer, safe, telephone and wi-fi service. Private parking. Dogs are welcome in our hotel.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

• Rooms are available after 1:00 PM and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
• Check-in is from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
• Check-in between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM will not be permitted under any circumstances.
• The reservation will be confirmed after a payment of €100.00 per room has been made.
• Accepted payment methods: debit/credit card (no American Express) and cash.

IN CASE OF CANCELLATION, NO-SHOW OR EARLY DEPARTURE, THE FOLLOWING COSTS WILL BE APPLICABLE:

• In case of cancellations made up to 15 days before the expected arrival date, no charges will be applied.
• In case of cancellations made after that period or for no-shows, the full deposit will be retained.
• In case of early departure from the booked period, the hotel may charge the cost of the entire stay.
