The refuge named after the climber and patriot Attilio Tissi, who died in 1959 following an accident on the Tre Cime di Lavaredo, it is located at the top of Col Reàn, at 2,250 m asl, in a panoramic position on the north-west face della Civetta, queen of the sixth grade from the mid-twenties.
Inaugurated in 1963, the structure owned by the CAI of the Section of Belluno is a stop in Monaco - Venice and stands on the Alta Via route no. 1 of the Dolomites. From the Col Reàn cross you can enjoy a view breathtaking on the underlying Alleghe Lake and on most of the main mountain groups of the Dolomites: Marmolada, Sella, Col di Lana, Fànes, Lagazuoi, Tofane, Ampezzo Dolomites and Pelmo.
