Opened in December 2011, it is a modern comfortable building fully furnished in a Zoldo style, featured by a overwwhelming presence of the Dolomites larch. The residence features 35 apartments from 2 to 8 people, furnished in good taste, where all ceilings have visible beams. All apartments meet the highest quality standards and feature Lcd television 22", sat TV, and safe.

The prices are per apartment, including electricity, water, heating and all taxes.
€ 100 deposit is required at the arrival (it will be returned at the end of the stay).

Residence Civetta is located in front of the gondola of Pecol.
Located in Pecol di Zoldo in Zoldo Alto, in front of the Zoldo lifts (Pian del Crep gondola) and the Ski Civetta area and Dolomiti Superski.
The special location in front of the cable car of Pecol, just 100 meters from the lifts and the ski slopes of Dolomiti Superski, makes it ideal for lovers of all winter sports.
The sunny position, with a splendid view of the Civetta and Pelmo mountains, makes it attractive also during the summer holidays. It is situated in a green field, edged by pines and larches and it is right on the banks of the river Maè.
