Departure at dusk towards Montegal where the farm Ai Zei will delight us with a lasagna with mushrooms and speck steamed. Along the Canal di Limana we find the farm Le Zercole with an interesting first course: ravioli stuffed with enula salata and pork loin, in a broth of aromatic herbs.
Stuff yourselves well (but without overdoing it) because then we set off for Pian de le Femene where at the farm Casera Vecia we will find the Churrasco di montagna!
At the malga Pian dei Gat, the volunteers of the Alpine Hunting Reserve will engage us in a great classic that is always well-received: luganeghe on the grill.
