Cancellation Policy;
Flexible - It allows guests to cancel their reservation without penalty up to 3 days before the arrival date. In case of cancellation within this deadline, no additional charges will be applied. If the cancellation is made more than 3 days prior to arrival, or a no-show occurs, the amount corresponding to the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
Non-Refundable - This rate offers a lower price, but implies a commitment not to change or cancel the reservation once made, with no possibility of refund.
The Non-Refundable cancellation policy requires prepayment of the booking total at the time of confirmation. In case of modification or cancellation, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
Departing from Milan: Start your journey by taking the A4 motorway (Milan-Venice) heading east.
Continue towards Verona: Follow the A4 to Verona, then take the A22 (Brenner-Modena) motorway heading north towards Bolzano.
Exit at Bolzano: Continue along the A22 to Bolzano and then take the SS49 towards Cortina d'Ampezzo.
Continue on the SS49: The SS49 will take you through the Val Pusteria and mountain resorts until you reach the Cortina d'Ampezzo area. Verocai is located west of the centre of Cortina, so once you arrive in Cortina, you will have to follow the specific directions to the resort.
Arrival in Verocai: From Cortina, take the SS51 road (which runs through the centre of Cortina) and then turn towards the locality Verocai following the local signs. The locality is located a short distance from the centre of Cortina, but you may wish to consult a map or GPS navigator for more precise guidance.
