Slow down. Breathe. Listen. Forest Bathing is a mindful immersion in nature, an invitation to leave behind the hectic pace of everyday life for a few hours and rediscover a deeper connection with the forest and with ourselves. Through slow walks, sensory practices, breathing, listening, movement and moments of stillness, we will gradually attune ourselves to the natural environment, making space for our senses and our presence. It is not simply a walk, and you don’t need to be physically fit: the experience takes place at a gentle pace and is suitable for everyone.
What we will do:
- Walk slowly through the forest
- Awaken our five senses
- Experience mindful contact with the natural elements
- Use breathing techniques and simple relaxation practices
- Enjoy moments of silence and listening
- Discover the scents, sounds, colours and shapes of the forest
-
Allow nature to become a space for wellbeing and regeneration
An experience to step away from the routine, reconnect with the present moment, nurture curiosity and a sense of wonder, and rediscover the pleasure of being in nature. Every experience is different and follows the rhythm of the season, the forest and the people who walk through it. Come and experience the forest with all your senses.
