The Moro Barel farm extends over 13 hectares and includes a vegetable garden, orchard, forest, livestock, and vineyards. The crops follow organic practices, with rotations, natural fertilizations, and seasonal productions transformed in the farm’s laboratory: preserves, jams, pickled products, wines, and artisanal cold cuts. Backyard animals and outdoor pigs are raised, respecting natural cycles and ensuring high-quality products.
The winery offers wines made from locally grown grapes: Prosecco DOCG, Verdiso, Merlot, Cabernet, Riesling, and red IGT. Each label pairs harmoniously with the typical dishes served at the agriturismo, enhancing the flavors of local cuisine.
