Residence Valpiccola is a modern and comfortable accommodation in the heart of the UNESCO Dolomites, furnished in traditional Alpine style and entirely built in larch wood. Located in the village centre of Pecol di Zoldo, it is within walking distance from the ski slopes, part of the Dolomiti Superski and Ski Civetta ski area.
The Residence offers an in-house ski school, a ski and boot depot directly on the ski slopes, and free Wi-Fi in all apartments. Pets are welcome at an extra fee. In summer you can use the barbecue on our lawn, which is equipped with deckchairs, benches and tables and a private playground. All our guests have also free accesso to the swimming pool in Dolomia wellness centre.
At the check in we will ask you a deposit of 100 euro, that we give back at the end of the stay (except in cases of damages).
Dear guests, it is possible to check in at our Residence from 16:00 until 19:00. Please let us know if you are arriving after 19:00 to allow us to organise your arrival in the best possible way.
Our Residence is located in Pecol, a village of the Val di Zoldo. From the A27 highway, take the Cadore-Dolomiti exit. Continue on the SS 51 until Longarone, from Longarone follow the directions for Val di Zoldo, along the SP 251 road.
Our facility is 120 km away from Venice's 'Marco Polo' airport and 110 km from Treviso's 'Antonio Canova' airport.
