When booking, please mention that your little friend will be accompanying you and we will be happy to provide a suitable room accommodation.
ROOMS Guests will enjoy the 27 rooms, some have a balcony with a view of the mountains or some rooms have a Juliet balcony from which you can get a glimpse of the of the port. All rooms equipped with all amenities to ensure your well-being: private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and free toiletries, telephone, free Wi-Fi connection, flat screen TV with foreign channels safety deposit box, mini fridge, adjustable air conditioning and sound-proof windows.All of our rooms are non smoking.
SERVICES The Hotel has an elevator, a reception desk, a secure luggage storage room next to our reception, a secure bicycle storage, an internet point with printer, a library with many English books also a few guide-books of lake Garda as well as leaflets with itineraries and other tourist information. We can provide beach towels, an iron and ironing board upon request without charge.
We have a small five-places free car parking in the hotel courtyard and parking, paid by the hotel for a few more cars in a parking lot monitored by camera system, located 300 meters from the hotel. When none of these parking facilities are available, guests can leave their car at signposted on-street parking spaces in the neighboring area at the cost of € 1,40 per hour from 9 am to 8 pm, free during the night.
Arriving in Malcesine at the roundabout, turn and head towards the center; our hotel is located at the bottom of the slope,
across from a large parking lot in the center of Malcesine.
On Saturday mornings until 1:30 PM, there is a market in the square in front of the hotel, but you can easily reach the hotel
and leave your car in front of the entrance for the necessary time to unload your luggage; afterwards, we will show you where to park.
The room will be available from 1:00 PM; however, if it is ready earlier (depending on when it is released), we will gladly provide you with the keys.
If you wish to arrive in the morning, even if the room is not available, you can check in and leave your luggage near the reception.
On the day of departure, the room must be vacated by 11:00 AM.
