The Agriturismo "Le Spezie" is located on the hills of the famous Prosecco wine. The farm house, dated 1800, is surrounded by vineyards and a green forest that stretch for 20 hectars. The Agriturismo offers 4 apartments, two for 6 guests, one for 3 people and one small one for 2 guests. The beautiful cities of Conegliano Veneto and Vittorio Veneto are only 5 Km from the "Agriturismo". The A27 highway's exit is also only 3 Km from our farm house. In less than one hour you can be in Treviso, Asolo, Venice, Padua...And so are seaside resorts like Jesolo and Caorle and the so-called Pearl of the Dolomites: Cortina d'Ampezzo.
About a kilometer from our "Agriturismo" runs the route called “Ciclovia dell'Amicizia Muenchen-Venezia” the Cycle Path of Friendship between Muenchen and Venice: (560 Km and 3000 meters in altitude through the Dolomites).

- A deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Upon receipt of the deposit, the reservation is confirmed. The remaining 70% must be paid in cash upon arrival

- Only written notifications of cancellation are accepted (e-mail only). Penalties: from 7 to 1 day before arrival the deposit is lost.

HIGHWAY A27 (VENEZIA-BELLUNO) – EXIT VITTORIO VENETO SUD: Exit off the A27 at Vittorio Veneto Sud. After the toll booth turn left (3rd exit - Tarzo) and at the roundabout take the 2nd exit (follow the signs for Tarzo - Pieve di Soligo).Continue on Via Col di Lana for 2,7km. On your right you will find a road sign that indicates “TONiDORO llProsecco" (Via dei Soldera). After that, turn left and follow the same sign and the narrow street keeping always right, until the street becomes unmade.The first house on your right, after the beginning of the dirt road is Agriturismo Le Spezie.
