The Santa Claus Run is a unique and fun Christmas event, starting directly from the Pedavena Brewery and finishing in the charming park of the Christmas markets.
Two routes are planned: one of 10.5 km for more trained runners and a 6 km route perfect for a walk suitable for families and groups of friends.
Participants, all dressed as Santa Claus, will kick off the race in a festive atmosphere. Along the routes, participants will pass through streets decorated for the occasion that will immerse athletes in the Christmas spirit.
At the end of the race, the arrival at the park of the markets will be a triumph of lights, festive music, and scents of sweets and mulled wine, where every "Santa Claus" can enjoy the magical atmosphere of the markets.
The event is designed to involve everyone: athletes who will find the 10 km route a challenging experience, and families who can stroll to discover lesser-known places in the municipalities of Feltre and Pedavena.
A perfect opportunity to share the excitement of Christmas, get some exercise, and end the day exploring the Christmas stalls in the park.
The competitive race is open to men and women aged at least eighteen years old by the day before the race begins. Boys/girls aged 16 can participate with parental consent. Participants must present a medical certificate of fitness for competitive sports (athletics or equivalent).
The fun walk is open to everyone, and it is not necessary to present a medical certificate. Regarding the participation of minors, the waiver must be signed by the accompanying adult.
The organizers wish to introduce this event to all students in the province, from primary schools to upper secondary schools. The event reserved for students will take place on the 6 km route. For school groups, pre-registration is mandatory and must be sent to info@girodellemura.it, collected by teachers.
Registrations can be made starting from November 4, 2024. Children born in 2019 and later do not pay and will not receive any gadget. The first 800 registered will receive the headband for the Santa Claus Run. Registrations can also take place at other authorized points in the area, such as: Caffè Torrefazione (L.go Castaldi, Feltre), Linea Verticale (Via XIV Agosto, Feltre), Passsport (Busche), Pro Loco Pedavena, and at the stalls of the Christmas markets in the park of the Pedavena Brewery every Sunday in November.
There is a promotion for participating groups: for every 10 paid registrations for the same race, one is free.

Groups (not cumulative with school awards):
The first groups with at least 15 registered athletes will be awarded
Schools (not cumulative with group awards): vouchers for the purchase of educational materials:
- 1st classified: voucher of €200
- 2nd classified: voucher of €150
- 3rd classified: voucher of €100
Regulations:
The maximum completion time is 2 hours. When registering, the participant, by signing the waiver, releases the organizers from any civil and criminal responsibility before, during, and after the event. By registering, the physical suitability of the participants is considered.
