An exclusive visit, in a suggestive itinerary that tells the story of Valpolicella, of the Vaona Family, of NOVAIA, of its wines.
The tour in the NOVAIA Winery, in the Marano Valley, begins with a walk on the estate, among vineyards, olive groves, spontaneous woods, to protect biodiversity and passage to the ancient stone carved water source of the 1700s.
During the tour will be explained the territory, the principles of the Organic cultivation, the indigenous vines, the delicate selection, harvest and processing of the grapes in Valpolicella.
It follows the visit to the ancient Corte Vaona, with the historic cellar and the ancient stone carved bottaia used for the ageing of the wines; then the tasting of the Organic, Classic DOC and DOCG wines, Valpolicella, Ripasso, Superiore, Amarone, Recioto and of the Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
The wines are served with some local products, carefully selected by us.
