You will be guided through a path of 4-5 wine tastings, each paired with gourmet tapas and finger foods, made with local ingredients selected to enhance the characteristics of each glass.
Our cuisine is born from the desire to make the most of what the territory offers: we work exclusively with local raw materials, favoring km 0 products and fresh ingredients collected daily from our garden. A sustainable approach that reduces distances, respects seasonality, and brings to the plate genuine and freshly harvested products.
For this reason, the menu is never the same: it changes following the rhythm of the seasons and the availability of raw materials, offering creative tapas, tasty snacks, and small dishes capable of telling the territory through authentic and contemporary flavors.
