Rifugio Forcella Zovo

It is located on a small plateau, a few meters west of the ridge which divides the basin of Val Visdende from that of Rio Rin. It can be easily reached by taking the rolling stock that from Valle di San Pietro di Cadore or from Costalta lead to Forcella Zovo. The particularly peaceful location makes it the perfect base for excursions, even by mountain bike, in a still intact natural environment. It is the ideal starting point for ascents to the Crode dei Longerìn and the minor peaks. Of particular interest are the walks, also suitable for the elderly and children, among the pastures of the Val di Vissada where it is easy to see marmots. The Forcella Zovo Refuge offers a welcoming environment and a charming restaurant where you can taste the main dishes of the Comelico cuisine.
