Villa Spada
Via Capretta , Refrontolo - 31020
The construction of the Villa was begun in the second half of the seventeenth century by the Marzer family, and was completed in the late nineteenth century, when it passed to the Spada family. In the early twentieth century it was called Villa Antonietta and was configured as a real noble residence. There were the park-garden, the bicycle room, the fencing room, the private oratory, the coach house. The stables were located to the west, at the current Meneghetti building. The interior rooms were furnished with billiards and a piano. Currently, the Villa Spada is not fully usable. The ground floor of the Barchessa building owned by the Municipality is usable and currently used as an exhibition hall and home to the annual wine exhibition.
