- booking is confirmed by the owner only after receipt of deposit of 30% of the total rent. The balance must be paid on arrival. There is no right or rent's reduction by departure in advance or deferred arrival. Previous agreements are required for arrival and departures not included in the period. If the reserved premises are not occupied by the guest within 6 p.m. of the day after the agreed date, without prompt notifying the owner, the lodging will be considered vacant and the deposit will be retained.

- CANCELLATION Cancellation from the client must arrive always with written communication.
