Malga Laste

The Laste mountain farm is reachable in 1 hour of walking from the village and is a wonderful place where taste some local products such as cheese. The Farm is located in the summit of a big hill called Col de le Casiere, at 1868 metres of altitude, which gives it also the name. The handmade cheese are prepared by the Dorigo family, which runs the farm from 30 years. During the years they had a lot of awards for the quality and the tastes of their cheese. The mountain farm has also a small shop where it is possible to find a large wide of products: old and fresh cheese, milk, ricotta and butter.
