CANCELLATION
Should a confirmed reservation be cancelled by the client, the advance deposit will not be refunded.
SMOKERS
Pursuant to new National legislation (Art. 1 Law n. 584 of 11.01.1975 – D.P.C. 14.12.1995) it is forbidden to smoke in public places. We are sorry to inform you that smoking is no allowed in any parts of the Residence (including the flats).
ANIMALS
We are sorry but animals are not accepted.
UPKEEP AND INSPECTION OF THE APARTMENTS
If necessary, the management or a representative it reserve the right to access the apartments in order to carry out any necessary and urgent repair work. Further, it reserves the right to inspection the apartment during the client’s stay or after the leave.
