Cancellation, no-show or early departure conditions:
The customer can cancel free of charge up to 15 days before arrival.
The customer pays the total amount of the reservation if they cancel within 15 days before arrival. If the guest does not show up, they will have to pay the total amount of the reservation.
In case of early departure from the booked period, the hotel will charge for the entire stay.
We inform you that check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Please let us know in advance your expected arrival time, so we can welcome you properly.

From the North (A22 – Rovereto Sud Exit): Follow the signs to Riva del Garda, then follow the lake southwards to Malcesine (about 45 minutes).

From the South (A22 – Affi Exit): Continue towards Garda and follow the scenic Gardesana Road (SR249) to Malcesine (about 50 minutes).
