Our jewel in the heart of the Po Delta, renovated into a "Hostel", is completely on the ground floor. The hostel is equipped with a 3m linear kitchen, as well as a dishwasher, oven, 4 burner hob, fridge, small freezer, microwave oven and necessary crockery. Inside there is also a breakfast room which can also be used for preparing meals independently, with a capacity of 20 seats. It has 9 rooms all with en-suite bathrooms, for a total of 23 beds. All the large rooms are bright and furnished in a simple but functional way. There is also a laundry room with washing machine available for guests. For those arriving by bike, they can place it inside the structure during the night; in the case of e-bikes it is possible to recharge your own battery.
Only the initial linen change is included. The additional change of bathroom and bed linen, if requested, will cost euros Final cleaning is included in the price. Room cleaning is not provided during your stay. Additional cleaning of the rooms, if requested, will cost 15 euros. The property does not accept animals. Kitchen: Please note that only clean dishes will be placed back in the cupboards. Smoker: smoking is prohibited in the apartment. Any damage, such as burn marks, must be reported. This is not included in the rent. Damage: No one intentionally damages things, but it can happen that something breaks. We would be grateful if you would inform us immediately of the damage that has occurred. The property is not responsible for the guest's valuables.
