Aparthotel & Villaggio Marco Polo is a modern tourist resort combining the comfort of a tourist village to the services of a modern aparthotel: a snack bar, swimming pools for both adults and children, cleaning service and linen change, laundry, bicycles and most importantly, an animation team to keep your children happy.
The resort is completely fenced and made up of 100 independent terraced houses, each with its own private garden with barbecue for delicious outdoor barbecues, elegantly and modernly designed, and provided with all comforts. Every apartment is complete with a microwave oven, color Sat TV, hairdryer, small security box, air conditioning and heating.
Villaggio Marco Polo is situated in the heart of a newly-built, elegant residential district in Bibione Spiaggia, with wide green areas and just a few steps away from the shopping mall and the thermal facility.
As deposit, the client has to pay 30% of the whole amount. He can send a registered letter containing a guaranteed cheque or send money order in settlement.
In any case of renunciation of your holidayaccomodation you will never lose your account already payed: for refusals comunicated at least 2 weeks before the holidays’ start you will get a credit of the whole account already payed valid for the current year or for the following one in our buildings.
The arrival must occur on the fixed day between 5 and 8 p.m. All the occupants of the apartmentroom must show, at their arrival, their identity cards or passports for the registration. If they have a delay, they must immediately inform the Tourist Enterprise; if they don’t do it, the apartment-room is kept free until the following day (10 a.m.), then the Tourist Enterprise can rent it to third parties.
