Food and wine: we have designed this tour for those who don’t want to miss out on either of the two.
The tour begins with a walk through the vineyards, where, starting with an explanation of the winemaking traditions of Valpolicella, we will introduce the main steps in the production of our grapes, with some insights into organic farming. We will talk about the harvest and then head to the fruit-drying room of the winery, where the Amarone and Recioto grapes are dried, before moving on to the wine production area. We will complete the tour with a visit to the aging cellar, where our wines mature.
At the end of the tour, we will sit down for a tasting of 5 traditional red wines, accompanied by cured meats, cheeses, and other local specialties.
