Spacious, new apartment for groups of up to 8 people, with a garden, playgrounds right outside for children; it is a few km from the historic center (only 4 km.) and from the Verona Arena, very close to the FAIR, the polyclinic hospital, the university campus, and just a few minutes from the famous Adigeo shopping center, which has a large supermarket and parking for easy shopping. Near the wonderful LAKE GARDA and GARDALAND, an extraordinary amusement park. Free parking outside the house, comfortable and nearby buses to the city, to the historic center and to the station. The apartment has four bedrooms, all with air conditioning (7 beds 8 places), two bathrooms and two balconies, TV, fast and free direct fiber WIFI. The new kitchen has everything you need for a pleasant stay and every useful appliance: microwave oven, electric kettle for water, coffee machine with pods and moka, juicer, electric oven, and large refrigerator, washing machine, and dishwasher in an open-space area with a relaxation sofa. It is equipped with a hairdryer, 4 clothes drying racks, iron, and ironing board. (City tax for Verona €3.50 per person per night, in the case of long stays, only for 4 nights).
