PROGRAM
​ 7:00 PM - welcome and a glass of our sparkling organic rosé Bollicella on the lees
​‍♀️​ Followed by a guided tour of the estate focusing on our organic production philosophy, visiting the winemaking and aging areas of our wines
​​️​ 8:00 PM - dinner in the vineyard served among the rows of our Cà Besi vineyard
