An authentic experience to celebrate the flavors of autumn and discover the essence of freshly pressed new olive oil. During the tasting, you’ll sample three different varieties of our own extra virgin olive oil, paired with local delicacies and served on warm, toasted bread. A true sensory journey that lets you compare aromas, flavors, and textures, highlighting the unique character of each oil.
The experience continues with a taste of Venetian tradition through two local “Cicchetti”, a comforting seasonal soup, and a refreshing pinzimonio (fresh vegetables with olive oil dip). Everything is perfectly complemented by a glass of Vino Novello from Cantina Villa Medici, enhancing the flavors of the territory.
