Dormire Caldi offers rooms to let in Trichiana in the province of Belluno, right in the center of Valbelluna, between Feltre and Belluno: a strategic location to visit the extraordinary Dolomites and all the wonderful locations of the Belluno Prealps. The room rental is located in a quiet area close to the main services of the village, easily reachable on foot. It is the ideal structure for those who find themselves passing through work or decide to spend a few days off and want to find a warm and welcoming place. Sleeping Warm, has a triple room, a twin room, 3 double, and a single with a French bed. All rooms have: satellite TV heating private bathroom, frigobar, mirowave oven, mosquito nets * hairdryer (on deposit) Free Wi-Fi safe * The hairdryer (free use), will be returned the evening before departure. In the back of the structure there is a large garden; in addition, the rent rooms has a free parking lot in front of video surveilled.
Extra: additional bed -> € 15,00/night.
All the other services (frigobar, microwave oven, heating, hairdryer) are included in the cost of the room.
From Venice: enter A27 autoroute, then go straight ahead till the exit "Belluno" and so go out. Follow the indications for Feltre. then go straight ahead till Belluno and turn left at the bridge. Go straight ahead for 9 km. about, then turn right before the traffic roundabout of via Cavassico inferiore.
The room will be available from 2.30 pm on the day of arrival. It must be vacated by 10.00 on the day of departure.
To book an advance payment can be requested that will vary according to the length of stay. The advance can be sent by bank transfer the details of which will be communicated when the room is confirmed.
If the booking is canceled at least 10 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be fully refunded. After expiry of this deadline or due to non-arrival, the full amount paid will be withheld.
