Small residence recently built in the heart of the Belluno Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage Site. Three types of apartments suitable for couples, families or small groups. Each solution includes fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, bathroom with shower, TV and wi-fi internet connection. A free parking in front of the residence is available for guests. The apartments are equipped with bed linen and towels.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The confirmation of the booking implies acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
The booking is non-refundable.
The rate includes taxes, utilities, and linen, while final cleaning incurs a one-time fee.
Payment can be made by credit card.
At the time of check-in, a sum of €800 will be pre-authorized on the credit card as a security deposit for any damages. This amount will be released, unless stated otherwise, within a week of departure.
Children under 6 years stay free.
Smoking is prohibited in all apartments. In case of a violation, a penalty of €100 will be applied.
Any damages will be assessed at departure, and payment will be required for restoration to the original state.
Once in Sospirolo, at the tiny roundabout in the village centre, turn left towards San Gregorio, Feltre.
After approx 800 meters (half a mile) you’ll see a big pink house on the right hand side. Turn right just after the house and take the alley on the left. You can park your car on the paved area just in front of the cream and red building.
