THE SURPRISING VAL MEDON
Hiking in the beautiful Val Medòn, where rocks, clays, and waters create special, surprising environments rich in biodiversity, where the waters are fresh and clean, a true natural heritage, and the rocks have the most incredible shapes.
Meeting at 9:00 AM in the parking lot of the “Al Mulino” bar-restaurant in Valle dell’Ardo (BL)
Conclusion of activities at 1:00 PM - Elevation gain: 100m – Difficulty: medium-easy
All participants in the hikes are covered by RCT Mazarol
Clothing and Equipment: hiking boots with treaded soles; comfortable, sporty, and layered clothing; a cap or bandana for the sun; a small backpack with a snack and a full water bottle; a bag for any waste to be disposed of at home. Camera and binoculars are optional. The proposed routes have variable slopes and surfaces, and cannot be undertaken by families with children in strollers. Dogs are welcome on the walks, but owners must keep them on a leash at all times (flexible leashes are not allowed), and have a muzzle and water bowl + bottle for the dog in their backpack.
