NOT JUST A SIMPLE PIZZA
With the same passion for good food typical of the cuisine at the restaurant Lo Zodiaco, we offer pizzas of excellent quality, with carefully selected ingredients.
The pizzas are prepared with Puglian extra virgin olive oil, water, salt, sourdough, stone-ground wheat flour, and a small portion of whole wheat flour, risen for 24 hours and left to rest for another 48 hours. This is the secret to a crispy and fragrant dough.
