Torronificio Scadaferro has been producing and selling venetian artisan nougat since 1919 in Dolo. White nougat with hazelnuts and nougat made with the best honeys in Italy have been the signature of the nougat factory for over a century. The secret of the goodness of this specialty is given by the careful selection of ingredients and a totally artisanal processing process. Italian almonds toasted directly in the laboratory, a mixture of whole virgin Italian honeys, brown whole sugar, egg white from hens raised on the ground, berry vanilla are the only ingredients of the almond Scaldaferro.
