COOKING COURSE PROGRAM (3 hours)
1. Welcome and introduction (30 min)
- Welcome drink with spritz and Venetian cicchetti (meatballs, sardines in saor, crostini with baccalà mantecato
- Storytelling about the origins and influences of Venetian cuisine
2. Hands-on workshop (1h 30)
Guests, guided by the chef, will cook a typical dish
- Bigoli in salsa (typical fresh pasta with anchovy and onion sauce) or other fresh pasta
→ Each participant literally gets their hands in the dough, learning techniques and secrets of tradition.
3. Tasting and gathering (1h)
- Lunch/dinner with the dishes cooked together, accompanied by:
- Wines from the Riviera del Brenta (e.g., Raboso, Friulano, Pinot Grigio, Prosecco, etc.
- Typical side dishes: Treviso radicchio, local vegetables.
- Final dessert: Zaeti or tiramisù.
