We will relax the body and spirit thanks to the Spine Yoga practice with and expert instructor, immersing ourselves in an atmosphere of yesteryear, thus carving out a parenthesis from our hectic lives. The practice will take place in the Salone degli Affreschi, a place made for "animi relaxandi gratia... amicorum comunia" "to relax the souls, at the disposal of friends," as the cartouches on the vault state. After an introduction about the Villa and the 17th-century frescoes, the yoga class will begin.
