Villa Goetzen is the new “door” of the Riviera del Brenta. In a privileged position just a few miles from Venice and Padua, it is the reflection of Venetian culture and hospitality, presented with extreme simplicity by the Minchio family who has been able to create a blend of good taste and traditions for the city of Dolo.
The restaurant uses the most traditional raw material of this region, namely fish. Scroll through the sections of their website to discover the menu, full of fish and meat dishes but also choices dedicated to celiacs, vegetarians and vegans.
Must try: three-layer pie of hand-rolled pasta with scampi ragout, squid, king prawns and sea bass with bechamel sauce cooked over low heat for 30 minutes.
