BioMaggi is an organic farm born in 2020 from the idea and commitment of two siblings, Margherita and Giovanni Maggi, who during the lockdown, mindful of the teachings received from their grandfather and father, gave new life to the fields owned by their family.
Thus two projects were born in 2021: 1 hectare of land was dedicated to lavender cultivation (12,000 plants), and more space was dedicated to social gardens (initially 37 and then 74).
Every year, especially during the lavender flowering period, the farm organizes many different kinds of events with a view to collaborating with other local businesses.
Among the various initiatives, the farm has organized "Baths of Sounds" among the lavender. Just bring your own towels and mats!
For those who wish, it is also possible to have a guided tour of the farm and to visit the 18th-century oratory of our Madonna of Caravaggio attached to the farm.
