The restaurant is located on the Riviera del Brenta, the “Brentana” cuisine is the heir of a refined tradition that has developed ancient popular recipes and the experience of the noble kitchens of the lords of Venice.
In 1914 Ernesto Nalin opened the tavern and in 1960 his nephew Sergio Tuzzato with his wife Lina transformed the business into a restaurant. Classic-style environment and one of the best cuisines in the area, rich in courses of raw and cooked appetizers, risotti, sea fish cooked on the grill with wood embers and homemade desserts. Today the restaurant is run by Francesco who represents the fourth generation of the Tuzzato/Nalin family.
