We are a small family owned estate. The exprience begins with the explanation of the production method and management of the vineyard with the "Biodiversity Friend" protocol which is a model of sustainable agriculture, with low environmental impact and integrated into the landscape.
We are true custodians of the environmental integrity of the territory and our wines reflect Valpolicella in its full authenticity. They are wines in which you discover the impact of the different vines, of the management of the vineyard, of the composition of the soil, which will be explained during this experience.
Also tasting of our extra virgin olive oil with artisan bread croutons.
