Located in the area called "Ruine", in S. Pietro in Cariano, it's a building complex with a Roman Tower, which is the oldest part of the Villa, which mainteined its massive structure undamaged, maybe because the part where it's located has been always used; its details are still under restauration.
Its arch portal, tall enough to allow the passage to horses, was probably used as look-out point in Valpolicella.
