Brunelli: Tour e Degustazione Gourmet

The tour explains the most important steps of the Amarone-method, from the vineyards to the cellar, through the drying loft. The GOURMET wine tasting will take place in the historical wing of the winery or, depending on the season, on the terrace under the pergola. Our selelection consists of a journey through 6 FINE WINES: Carianum Late Harvest (white wine), Valpolicella Ripasso, Campo del Maestro, Amarone Riserva Campo Inferi & Campo del Titari (the classic versus the modern Amarone style) and Recioto Classico. Each wine will be paired with special and rare products of our area, local cold cuts and aged cheeses with fruit-compôte, dark chocolate.
