An experience dedicated to the discovery of rice and its endless possibilities in the kitchen.
Guided by our chef, participants will witness an interactive show cooking during which two savory dishes and a sweet dish based on rice will be prepared.
Step by step, chef Paolo Pampanini will illustrate cooking techniques, curiosities, and practical tips to best enhance this versatile ingredient, a protagonist of the culinary traditions of many cultures.
The meetings will take place partly in the kitchen and partly in the spaces of the Platys Center Verona, a welcoming place where taste, well-being, and sharing merge into a single experience.
Although there will not be a direct workshop component, participants will be able to intervene with questions, curiosities, and observations, experiencing a moment of authentic participation and discovery.
At the end, the experience will culminate with the tasting of the prepared recipes, for a sensory journey dedicated to flavor, creativity, and conviviality.
