The monument has a cippus structure, made of white marble, and consists of a base with three steps where a pedestal rises.
On the front side, there is a marble slab featuring the text of the 1918 Bulletin of Victory in capital letters, while on the right and left sides there are two plaques listing the names of the war dead.
At the top, there is a final series of three descending levels, and a statue. The bronze statue represents a soldier leaning forward, with his left hand to his forehead as if scanning the horizon while calibrating the throw of a grenade with his right hand. The soldier wears the uniform of the Arditi corps, except for his torso, which is bare, a choice aimed at emphasizing realism and softening the iconography of the hero in battle.
