The lake, the mountain and the olive groves surrounding the town of Caprino Veronese are the setting for our oil mill, which since 1984 has transformed a product that is part of a centuries-old tradition of the Garda hinterland.
Since then, thanks to the will of 10 members who wanted to pool their skills, it has produced a quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil that respects the most traditional methods of cold extraction.
