An ancient farmhouse from the 1400s, located on the eastern hills of Lake Garda, owned by the Dei Micheli Family for generations, where family values carefully and attentively carry forward the project of Wine, Hospitality, Events & Experiences.
For a long time, Tenuta La Presa has believed in the value of sharing, creating a family-like relationship with all guests who come into contact with our establishment, consisting of 14 elegant rooms converted from the original farmhouse, equipped with every comfort and furnished with unique handcrafted pieces.
Each environment conveys the ancient and sober warmth of historic country homes, finished with natural materials such as wood, marble, and stone, while ensuring the convenience of the most modern services.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
The booking is considered confirmed upon payment of the required deposit (30%), upon receipt of which we will send the final confirmation.
BOOKING CANCELLATION
You can cancel your booking without penalties up to 10 days before arrival.
In this case, a voucher will be issued for the amount of the deposit paid, which you can use for a vacation of equal duration within 12 months from the date of issuance, subject to hotel availability. After that date, the deposit amount will be retained. In case of no-show, the entire amount of the booking will be charged as a penalty. Only cancellations received in writing are considered valid.

Our staff is pleased to welcome you to TENUTA LA PRESA from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
The check-in time on the day of arrival is from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
In case of arrival outside of this time, we ask you to contact the Reception to arrange the best solution for your welcome.
The check-out time on the day of departure is by 10:00 AM.
