You will be welcomed on our panoramic terrace, where you can admire the stunning landscape of the Valpolicella hills. We will tell you about our company’s mission: to cultivate grapes in the high hills to produce wines with unique and recognizable characteristics.
We will visit the drying room, where the grapes used to make the prestigious Amarone and Recioto wines are dried, and we will explain the biochemical processes that occur during their time in the drying room. Finally, you will be guided through the winemaking area and the aging cellar, where the wines mature, developing the distinctive traits that set our company apart.
At the end, we will guide you through a tasting of 5 wines perfectly paired with a selection of local cured meats and cheeses.
