We will welcome you on our panoramic terrace, where you can admire the breathtaking landscape of the Valpolicella hills. We will share with you our company mission: to cultivate grapes on the high hills to produce wines with unique and recognizable characteristics.
We will visit the fruttaio, the drying room where the grapes are left to dry to produce the prestigious Amarone and Recioto wines, and we will explain the biochemical processes that take place during their time in the fruttaio. Finally, you will be guided to the area dedicated to winemaking and the barrel room where the wines are aged, sometimes for extended periods, developing the characteristic traits that distinguish our winery.
At the end of the tour, in the cozy tasting room or on the panoramic terrace, you will be served three traditional courses paired with six glasses of wine:
