There are also 4 balconies: one overlooking the park from the bedroom, one from the living room and two from the main bedroom.
Ther's a large parking space behind the house.
On the ground floor there is a common ski deposit, useful in winter to store skis and boots at the end of a wonderful day on the slopes.
