The flat is located on 2 floors. In a well renowed house in the centre of the old town.
On the ground floor there's a bathroom with a small storage room. On the first floor: a double room, another bathroom with shower, wide living room with kitchen, a storage room and a terrace with view on the spectacular Dolomites.
The flat has got 2 beds with the possibility of a third place. It is equipped with indipendent heater and private parking.
It's a no smoker house and pets are admitted only with the owner's permission. The apartment is equipped with dishwasher,washing machine, hairdrier, microvawe, iron and ironing board, wifi.
The house is just in the centre of the town, close to restaurants, shops and the ski lifts of the Alpe Lusia San Pellegrino Ski Area, in the heart of the Dolomiti SuperSki. Close to the house there's the stop for the ski bus which in few seconds takes to Molino-Le Buse cable car.
The flat overlooks the beautiful Piana di Falcade which in winter host the cross-country skiing tracks, the ice rink and the small lake and in summer turns to be the green living room of the valley with play grounds for kids and sport structures. It's also the ideal starting point for many trekking or biking escursions.
